What’s the connection between the Colorado shooting, public school, and our legal system?

Our government has undermined, slowly and deliberately, something invaluable: the principle of victims’ rights. While God’s law, as described in the Old Testament, upholds victims’ rights as the basis of its judgments, our humanist, modern law system has reversed God’s requirements and kicked this principle to the curb.

In so doing, it has perverted justice and crushed the hope of the person who falls victim to a crime and is thrust unwittingly into the jaws of the legal system.

It is sad that the population of moviegoers at the theater that James Holmes invaded weren’t packing iron and trained in how to use their weapons. Things probably would have been different in several ways: he would have been killed quickly in self-defense, resulting in fewer innocent lives lost; there’s also a good chance he wouldn’t have invaded the theater in the first place if he knew that it was full of armed citizens who were unafraid to take down a bully.

Were you ever picked on by a bully in school? Or perhaps you had a friend who drew a bully’s wrath. What happened?

Bullies get their way in school. The good kids — the victims — are discouraged from fighting back because typically the punishment for doing so is just as severe as it is if you are the bully who starts the fight — this is “equality”, humanist man’s twisted and perverted application of God’s concept of blind justice:

Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly. (Leviticus 19:15. See also Exodus 23:3 and Deuteronomy 16:19)

Unregenerate man’s system of punishment does not blindly apply the punishment to the perpetrator regardless of who he or she is; rather, it applies the same punishment to the victim as well as the perpetrator. It’s even worse because, in school, the sanction is typically something that is terrifying to the victim and meaningless to the bully.

The punishment is usually something like suspension or expulsion. The result? Assignments are missed, and instead of getting regular grades the child suspended receives big, fat ZEROS: failing grades.

School principals — your “pals” — are anything but. They never expel the bully; he gets a free pass. He probably doesn’t care about his grades anyway. He knows he’s untouchable by the administration. He knows that the good kids who care about their grades are conditioned to not fight back because bad grades mean a dead-end career and permanent failure.

(In the standard Establishment order, at least. If you teach your children to be entrepreneurs they can escape this torment.)

This is how the establishment, humanist education system likes it. They train their little soldiers to fall in line and obey orders. They teach them to never fight back — only to obey. Hand over your watch or take a hit to the jaw if you must, but you must never fight back or your life will be ruined in a matter of minutes.

This is how perverted the public school system is. The bullies get their way. The children walk the halls in fear and submission. The administrators and teachers do nothing. Even worse, the parents of the children do nothing either. Their kids can’t get into Harvard if they have zeroes on their record, after all. The establishment trains everyone very well in the 12 years or more that they spend kidnapping our children for 8 hours a day, five days a week.

This is what we get for playing their game, set to their rules — a system of graduated intelligence testing that is used to select the next generation of leaders in their organization. We pass our children through the fire of the Molech state (Leviticus 18:21) instead of pulling them out altogether and educating them in a Godly, Christian environment.

Fast-forward into adulthood.

This bully-victim schoolroom ritual continues to play itself out in adult society. The adult bully knows that adults aren’t allowed to fight back. Adults know that they aren’t allowed to fight back. The law system is structured such that, should you kill your attacker in self-defense, there is a good chance you will be punished by the State for your disobedience via capital destruction — your wealth and savings will be depleted on lawyer fees just so that you can prove your innocence. Everything you worked for will be gone in the flash of an eye, all because you chose to defend yourself from your attacker.

Moreover, consider the depth of perversion our legal system drowns in. Consider the parents who lost their children to the mad man in that movie theater. These parents are victims. The shooter, if convicted of his crimes of murder, deserves to be executed. This would be justice.

This is a chance for the civil government to carry out God’s righteous vengeance.

Fat chance of that in Colorado — they have only executed one person since 1977. So, instead of swift judgment and execution of vengeance for a hideous crime, justice will be aborted because the families are going to be forced by the State to fund the support of the killer of their loved-ones with their own tax dollars for as long as he remains in prison.

God demands blood from the person who murders another man:

“Whoever strikes a man so that he dies shall be put to death…But if a man willfully attacks another to kill him by cunning, you shall take him from my altar, that he may die.” (Exodus 21:12-14)

And for your lifeblood I will require a reckoning: from every beast I will require it and from man. From his fellow man I will require a reckoning for the life of man. “Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in his own image.” (Genesis 9:6)

In Satanic contrast, humanist law will demand that the victims suffer because their rights are inferior to those of the person who killed their children, friends, and family.

This is creation-worship. God’s laws are just. Man’s laws lead to tyranny. When man shoves God out of his life, his priorities become twisted as his mind and reason are increasingly darkened:

They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, due to their hardness of heart. (Ephesians 4:18)

Consider the response, typical of liberals: more gun control laws! Everyone knows that bullies don’t obey the laws. Mad men will get their guns, regardless of how legal it is. Gun control laws serve to do one thing: disarm the populace.

An armed population is one of the greatest threats to centralized, humanist government. It is more a symbol than anything. It lets the government tyrants know that its citizens will not suffer under tyranny. The citizens can still vote, and they can still strip the bureaucrats’ power away.

An armed populace is like a school full of kids who do not hesitate to defend themselves against bullies. They are without fear. They cannot be controlled.

Humanists hate God’s law because it forces their dark, sinful, depraved desires to be kept in check. They have conspired for hundreds of years to rip control over the legislative process in our country out of the hands of Christians who uphold God’s laws. Now, instead of Christians keeping evil in check, evil is trying to keep Christians in check. Eventually, they will want to push it even further.

But their day will not come. Their last great hope was the day they killed Christ on a Friday at Calvary. Their great hope was smashed and their joyous celebration cut short just three days later when He rose from the grave and declared victory over death, Satan, and all of sin.

Pray for the families and victims in Colorado. Pray that James Holmes finds God’s justice in our legal system and that those families find peace.
